On Thursday, I got the opportunity to again condemn the far-right violence that we saw on the streets of Glasgow this week while contributing to a Covid-19 debate on the effects of the pandemic on BAME communities. This is my full contribution to the debate where I spoke about employment rights, the failures of the Foreign Office bringing those stuck abroad home; as well as again highlighting the real barriers being faced by asylum seekers during Covid-19.
