This afternoon following the COBRA meeting both the UK Government and Scottish Government announced we are moving with immediate effect to phase 2, the delay phase, of dealing with the Coronavirus outbreak.

As part of the measures during this phase I have made the decision for my constituency office to be closed to all members of the public, and to suspend my upcoming surgeries including tomorrows surgeries at Pearce Institute and Crookston Community Centre.

I have implemented these measures as a precaution to reduce the risk of spreading the virus to staff and the public, however I will keep these measures under constant review.

During this period my office will remain operationally and constituents will still be able to reach me on 0141 883 0875 or via email on chris.stephens.mp@parliament.uk.

If you currently have a case with my office rest assured that we are still progressing this and will continue to update you on any developments.

I will use my social media channels, and my website chrisstephens.scot to keep you updated as much as I possibly can.
